Meet Your Instructor
I’m Audrey, a physiotherapist specialising in dance medicine and performance rehabilitation. I work with dancers to bridge the gap between injury recovery and the real demands of choreography. My approach focuses on capacity under load, helping dancers return to jumping and performance with clarity rather than guesswork.
